What makes our store different?

We design all our own products - then engage expert makers to craft them for us. Since our market is mostly in the US, we make sure to use US-based craftspeople. This gives our customers greater assurance of our product quality - and gives them faster shipping and delivery times also.

In response to demand, we will be introducing more personalized products in 2023. This gives our customers the chance to include their own message or photo to make their gift even more special.

If there's anything you don't see in our store, or there's a particular customization you would like on a gift, please get in touch. We will do our best to meet your needs.

We only use suppliers that we know and trust. We guarantee to abide by our stated policies and applicable consumer law. If anything goes wrong with your purchase, we will do everything we can to put it right.

How our company got started

The idea for our store came to us during the pandemic. Like so many other people, we had to do all our gift shopping online. This period really brought home to us the convenience of digital shopping.

We also began to appreciate the little luxuries that made life better, either by solving a problem or giving us a little bit of a treat to keep our spirits up during tough times. Family and friends were all going through the same experiences and emotions. That's when we had the idea of setting up our own store, to help achieve those same objectives: solve little problems and make people smile!
